She acquired a gold medal in her MBA (Marketing and Finance) and has done MPhil (Banking and Finance). She is currently pursuing her PhD (Human Resource Management) from Malaysia. She always motivates her students to develop a love for learning and also motivate them to write. She is teaching for the last 12 years and has taught in 10 universities, has teaching experience in both public and private universities. She has 20 international research publications and presented papers in international conferences.  She is a British council trained teacher.
