Dr. Tariq Mehmood is an Assistant Professor at Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education in Karachi Pakistan. He completed Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Preston University Karachi Pakistan. His doctoral research is generally based on the areas of general management with specialization in leadership and human resource management, and a Master of Philosophy in Leadership and Management Studies from the National Defence University, Islamabad as well as an MA in Economics from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan.
He teaches graduate courses, namely Strategic Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management, Research Techniques and Quantitative Data Analysis, Organizational Behavior including Human Resource Management, Leadership Theory, Organizational Theory, and Organizational Behavior.
He also served as an Administrative and Fire Safety Officer in Pakistan Air Force for 24 years with an excellent career. He is a certified Digital Marketing from Open University UK. Moreover, he is an expert in providing industrial Fire safety training at the national and international levels. He has a number of publications to his credit in well-known international journals, His latest research focuses on Green human resource management, Green intellectual capital, Green innovation, Green Environmental strategy, Inter-organizational learning Innovation, Knowledge sharing, Technological development, Social and business networking Environmental performance, Absorptive capacity, innovation, Leadership Competencies, Emotional Quotient, Intellectual Quotient, Managerial Quotient, and Job Satisfaction.
