Madiha is a Lecturer in the Business Administration at DIHE. Prior to joining DIHE, Madiha served as a faculty for 6 years at Sir Adamjee Institute (Affiliated with Karachi University). Madiha graduated with a MS in Management Sciences from SZABIST (Karachi) in 2018. She also has done MBA from ILMA (Formerly BIZTEK), Karachi with distinctions and a Silver Medal.
Madiha has over 11 years of teaching experience at various universities in Pakistan along with career counseling responsibilities. She has also presented research papers at various national and international conferences (LUMS, SZABIST, IoBM & Aydin University Istanbul). Her research interests focus on workplace culture, management education, leadership & motivation and HR practices.
